The scope was to move out service users to temporary accommodation, provide deep cleaning after refurbishment and move furniture and users back in causing minimal disruption.

EVS worked with us on the decant of services, service user and furniture moves together with a refurbishment and deep clean to transfer back of 7 homes within our TATS Services This project took many months of planning, not lest due to the complex needs of the service users who have made their homes in the bungalows .This was a very complex and challenging series of works

We had 7 bungalows that house some of the most complex and challenging clients that live within our services, home by home, one by one we decanted the services am the residents into the preceding house, once this was done EVS worked with the building contractor to act as another arm of the service they undertook the removal of all furniture and fittings from each building, and set up in another home for a temporary measure, once all the works had been complete, the team went back inand performed an intensive deep clean of the entire home, once completed they decanted all the furniture back to the original site and then moved all the service users and their belongings back in to the buildings. They undertook this process causing the least amount of disruption and fuss to a group of clients who could very easily be disrupted for the long term

The team were an absolute joy to work with, nothing a problem.
