I contacted Jason at EVS following a recommendation from a colleague of mine about 5 years ago. Philip Morant School, in Colchester has 1650 students and 170 staff. The catering operation is a very busy one with 75% take up on our food services. We have a Main Kitchen, Sixth Form College Café and two exterior outlets. Now with a recent addition of the Q Theatre Food Hall. During this time, Jason has undertaken the deep cleans including the extraction ducts to an exceptionally high standard. The kitchens, on completion look amazing - they shine like new! No request is too much, we specify certain areas of the deep clean that we need them to concentrate on. They are a professional, happy and polite team, offering advice and information. Their results have always been beyond my expectations.

From the initial conversation I had with him to outline the services we required, to the completion of our work, EVS conducted themselves in an impeccable and professional manner at all times.
