Just got back to the flat and I'd like to just say that I'm absolutely amazed by the standard of work that you and your team have carried out. The property is spotlessly clean & looks exactly like it did when I first moved in. Once a couple of repairs xxxxx are carried out by xxxxx, it'll be as good as new.

Considering the state the property was in I have to admit I was sceptical to begin with that anyone would get this cleaned. The fact that you've not only achieved it, but in the space of 4 days, is just astonishing.

In addition to the above, you've also been approachable and a pleasure to deal with throughout. You always kept me updated, were available to deal with all the queries and above all else treated me with nothing but respect, despite working under such exceptional circumstances.

I knew that people wouldn't fully grasp just how bad a state the property was in until they'd actually visited it and I can only apologise again that you were the one who had to clean it up. I know you'll say that it's just your job, but there are plenty of people who would never have taken it on to begin with, and it was a completely unacceptable state for any property to be in.

Had it not been for the work you have done, I almost certainly would've been spending Christmas on the streets. For that, I'd like to offer my sincerest gratitude and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would've preferred to thank you over the phone but I don't want to take any more minutes away from you and your family.

You are outstanding at your job and a genuinely decent person. It may not be the most glamorous work in the world but it's making a difference & if there were more people like you in the world it would almost certainly be a better place. You deserve immense credit for what you do and all the success in the world.
